YUMMY AND DELICIOUS MUTTON SOUP IS READY.

I LIKE TO HAVE THE SOUP WITH A GOOD STARTER ON THE SIDE. THIS TIME, I CHOSE CHICKEN 65, TO HAVE WITH MY SOUP.

VARIATIONS:
- I have taken 1/2 kg of mutton neck bones. You can take any part of mutton. Even 100 gms of mutton works well. It doesn’t have to be 1/2 kg.
- If you find it too spicy, you can skip the chilly powder.
- You can also avoid adding lemon, if you don’t like the tanginess of the dish.
- I have cooked curry leaves along with the mutton, so that it’s flavour gets into the soup completely. You can also add the curry leaves at the end, as a garnishing.
