PINEAPPLE JUICE

Pineapple juice is made from pressing or blending the natural liquid out from the pulp of the pineapple. It is a sweet, tangy and refreshing drink which can be enjoyed on its own, can be used in smoothies or as an ingredient for marinades and flavourings. It is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is also a great source of antioxidants.

Pineapple juice tastes better with ripe pineapple. Perfectly ripened pineapple should be yellow in color. These pineapples has a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess to it. Green coloured pineapples are usually raw and orange coloured pineapples are usually over ripened. These doesn’t taste as good as the yellow pineapple.
