Jump to Recipe

Chocolate fudge is a rich and sweet confection made from milk, sugar and chocolate. It has a creamy and dense texture with an intense chocolate flavour. It can be made with so many variations. Any kind of nuts, dried fruits or flavorings can also be added to this recipe.

Traditionally, it is made by cooking sugar, milk and butter together to a specific temperature and cooled. It is then mixed with melted chocolate and rested until it sets. Traditional method can be simplified by replacing sugar and milk with condensed milk.
